AYRVANA is owned & operated by Damerax Cloud Solutions (MSME Registered, Hyderabad, India). AYRVANA helps buyers discover boutiques and send inquiries. Buyers must verify all product, payment, and delivery details directly with the boutique before placing an order.

1. Discovery Only

AYRVANA listings are for discovery and inquiry. Unless clearly stated, AYRVANA does not sell products directly, collect buyer product payments, hold escrow, manage delivery, inspect goods, or guarantee boutique performance.

2. Confirm Before Payment

Before paying any boutique, buyers should confirm final price, taxes, delivery charges, fabric, colour, measurements, design details, customization, timeline, cancellation terms, refund terms, and boutique identity.

3. Images and Variations

Images may be photographs, references, samples, edited images, AI visuals, or seller-uploaded catalogue material. Final delivered products may vary. Buyers should ask the boutique whether an image is an actual product photo, sample, AI image, or design reference.

4. Direct Disputes

Order disputes, payment disputes, fitting issues, return requests, exchange requests, quality complaints, delivery delays, and refund requests must be handled directly with the boutique unless AYRVANA has expressly agreed in writing to provide a specific paid service.

5. Safe Communication

Do not share unnecessary sensitive data. Be careful before sending advance payments to any third party. Report suspicious behaviour, fake listings, impersonation, or unsafe content to AYRVANA.
