For Fast Review, Include

• Your full name, email, phone number, and relationship to the issue.
• Exact page URL, boutique name, product name, screenshot, and date noticed.
• For image or likeness issues: identity/authorisation proof and explanation of concern.
• For copyright/trademark/design claims: ownership proof, original work/source links, and registration details if available.
• For payment issues: transaction ID, date, amount, payment method, screenshot, and plan/order details.
